Sam & Roxanne’s Dusty Blue Letterpress Suite

I loooooove letterpress. Its luxurious but still approachable. Its fantastic to the touch, and fascinating to look at. I was able to design this letterpress suite for a bride and groom and their September wedding. Luckily the couple are a wonderful friends of mine and my hub’s, so when I told her we should design her suite with letterpress in mind, she just said “Sure, whatever you say”. It kinda felt like Christmas.

Soft dusty blue and grey were the chosen color palette, and the Bride just wanted simple elegance. We designed a complimentary ceremony program that featured the same color palette and some vintage florals. Swoon worthy for sure! Enjoy!

Lyla’s Hand-Lettered Birth Announcement

So I little while back, I shared a few photo’s from a beautiful mom-to-be’s maternity photo session. Well, baby has arrived, we snapped a few amazing photos during a newborn session, and her arrival has been announced to her family and friends via this hand-lettered birth announcement.

As if this little one isn’t cute enough, we just needed to up the wow factor by adding a full hand-lettered design that just hugs baby’s sweet image.

I know I may be partial, but there is something so special and unique about hand-lettered pretties. The small variations, and perhaps what some may even consider imperfections, are what make them so perfect. Almost as perfect as this sweet little girl.

A Little Harvest Birthday Invitation

I was asked to design a birthday invitation for a brother and sister, who were turning four and one, respectively. Mom asked for two things: that it be harvest themed, and the phrase “We know we’ve had birthdays be-four, but you don’t want to miss this one” be included — I know, I know, it’s too cute for words. So with such an adorable little phrase, why not just make it the focal point of the design! Don’t mind if we do! Finish it off with a pumpkin-hued envelope, and you have what I consider to be harvest perfection with a side of bouncy house 😉
